Every child deserves a place to grow, work, and belong.
Care Pathways helps families of children with special needs discover the resources, programs, and people that make long-term independence possible — from job fairs and financial aid to education pathways and community support.
Our mission
We connect families to the tools that help their children build lives beyond a parent's support — meaningful work, ongoing learning, safe housing, and a community that sees their potential.
- Curated resources across housing, work, education, and aid
- Live, human help — not just links
- Free to every family, always
Why Care Pathways exists
Too many families carry the weight of planning their child's future alone. Between appointments, applications, and long waitlists, it can feel impossible to know what comes next after school ends or a caregiver can no longer help.
We built Care Pathways as a single, gentle starting point. In one place, you can find job fairs, vocational programs, trusted organizations, financial aid, and volunteers ready to walk beside you — so your child can step into adulthood with dignity.
Community Resources
Websites, nonprofits, and local programs — organized so you can find help fast.
